“The apartment was well thought-out with appealing decor and made good use of the space. The kitchen area worked well for us as we ate in for breakfast and cooked a couple dinners. There was a covered space outside for relaxing and reading.
The bathroom was beautiful. Gorgeous large shower with a barn door style glass and multiple shower heads and no issues with hot water or pressure. The bathroom was appointed with locally produced soaps and lotions. The high-efficiency washer and dryer came in……

“Great location, quiet and somewhat clean, the suite could have been cleaner. Dust and cobwebs were noticeable and the interior finishing lacked quality workmanship.Otherwise was perfect for our needs. The lack of a freezer within the fridge made it impossible to refreeze our cooler ice packs. We had to keep buying ice for our cooler.The flat screen TV was large but of a different vintage, it produced alot of heat, which in turn increased the temperature of the room.”

“We had a very good stay at this apartment. It was nice and clean, which made it a comfortable place for us during our trip. “Clean, neat, quiet. Beautiful gardens. Much less expensive than downtown Vancouver, convenient to provincial parks to the east, yet only 50 minutes to downtown. Definitely recommend this place. Make sure you have phone service in Canada, or detailed directions to the property as it is hard to find - the street it is on is broken up into a number of sections (non-contiguous). ”

“The property was in a convenient location to grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store. The hosts provided everything that was needed, kitchen wares, spices, detergent for laundry, linens, extra towels, anything you could potentially need. "We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!"

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service.
My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk.
As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
