Beautifully restored stone house in a hilltop village close to the sea

Renovated to a high standard the house comfortably sleeps 8-10 people in 4 well-furnished bedrooms. A spacious fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living/dining room with a beamed ceiling and cosy seating for 8 people are on the ground floor. French windows open to a large partly covered terrace with BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers. Ground floor twin bedroom and separate bathroom provide comfortable and easily accessible accommodation. Additional seating and storage space are in the adjacent spacious hall area.
A beautiful original stone staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two spacious double bedrooms and another bathroom. French window in the landing area opens to a terrace perfect for enjoying morning coffee or the spectacular view of the sunrise over the Rasa Bay.
Secluded local beaches are a short 10-minute drive away. Two handy general stores are within a couple of minutes walk. There is parking space for 2 cars on the drive.

Rundum zufrieden

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles da, was man braucht - mit 3 Bädern gibt es nie Stau vor der Dusche und die Klimaanlage sorgt für erholsamen Schlaf.

Das sehr schöne und wohnlich eingerichtete Haus liegt in einem beschaulichen Dorf, sehr netter kleiner Laden, bei dem wir täglich frisches Brot geholt haben. Der Hausstrand ist wirklich sehr nah und wenige Leute. Das Wasser wunderbar. Im gesamten ein schöner Ort für erholsame Ferien. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr direkt, hilfreich und unkompliziert.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. In allen Räumen gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Es war alles sauber. Bei kleinen Anliegen war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin schnell und unkompliziert per Mail.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es hat alles gut gepasst und nichts hat gefehlt. Die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern sind zum Schlafen Gold wert! Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und leicht. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und einfach traumhaft: am Ende der Dorfstraße einfach rechts abbiegen und immer geradeaus bis es nicht mehr weitergeht und dann genießen!

Perfect beaches and great location

We had a great vacation with our kids and our dogs in Rakalj. The house is located centrally in the small village, but nevertheless it is also calm as there is really not much traffic at all. The supermarket is just around the corner, well equipped with the everyday needs. House is comfortable, very good climatisation and a nice patio (shadow). Communication was fast and always friendly. Thanks for being our hosts.

Familien Haus im Bergdorf. Gut abgegrenzt mit absperrbarem Tor

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Schönes Haus was einigen Reparaturen bedarf die hoffentlich bei dieser Preisklasse durchgeführt werden . Fenster,Abfluss Dusche OG , Gartenmöbel etc. . Leider wird die Bettwäsche und Handtücher nur nach Aufforderung gewechselt. Wobei ich die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr loben muss . Der Ort ist sehr schön wir waren schon des Öfteren da und werden auch weiter nach Rakalj fahren .

Wonderful!

I really enjoyed staying in this house! Clean, spacious, furnished with great taste and provided with all that is necessary! The outer space, also equipped , we used it and enjoyed it alot with our children for lunches and dinners. The house is in a very pretty and charming village, near a little market, a beautiful and gorgeous sea and not far away from many places of interest. The owner has been very kind, thorough and available. Wonderful experience definitely worth repeating.

Nice place to stay in countryside

Lovely traditional house in a friendly and little sleepy village. Charming furnitured rooms and a terrace with a marvelous view over the mountains. Not recommendable für rumor sensitive people, because the ceiling between ground and first floor is rather thin. Very calm village - unfortunately the only disturbing traffic noise was a farmer going onto his fields by tractor and passing the house at 5.30 am. Nearby a beautiful bay with plain rock beaches along the sides, even in August not crowded. Our children loved to jump into the clear water - and once we even weatched dolphins.

Nice place to stay in countryside

We stayed 3 weeks in this nice traditional house in Krnica with charming old croatian furniture and liked it very much. In the beginning it was a little hot because we were not used to the temperature in summer and didn't know how to keep this house cool.(Now it has air condition) Because of thin ceilings between ground and first floor it is not recommendable for noise-sensitive people staying there together with rumor producing families....A friendly village, calm and a little sleepy, ( unfortunately the only disturbing traffic noise was heard at 5.30 am when one or two farmers with tractors went to their fields. Nearby, 10 Minutes by car, there is the beautiful coast. We found a small bay with a little port for fisher boats and a beach all over the one side of the bay - not sand but big plain rocks. Our children loved it jumping into the clear and fresh water - and one day we really watched dolphins. We will come again this year to Crnica.

Wir kommen wieder...

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit liebevoller Möblierung und außergewöhnlich guter technischer Ausstattung. Sehr nette Vermieter und hilfsbereite Haushälterin. Die in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbaren Strände sind toll: Fast kein Betrieb und glasklares Wasser. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!
