The space
Experience contemporary living in this sunny and open style home located in Greensward Village in New Seabury. You'll be just a short walk away from Popponesset Spit and Popponesset Inn & Marketplace, offering a variety of dining and entertainment options such as The Lure and The Raw Bar.

The home features a large sitting deck, patio, and a generous 0.45 acre backyard filled with green trees. The open concept living room boasts large windows, cathedral ceilings, and plenty of seating including a six-person dining table, couch, armchairs, and a SMART TV. The fully equipped kitchen has sliders leading out to the deck, which includes a comfortable sectional sofa and dining table.

The first floor includes the master bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom.

On the lower level, you'll find two guest bedrooms with queen beds and large windows, a full bathroom, a family room with a second SMART TV and working space, as well as a sofa and folding coach (that sleeps 2) with sliders leading to a patio and backyard with a fire pit sitting area.
