Great Hotel, Very Friendly Staff
Great hotel, the hot tub and spa were out of commission though! My kids were disappointed for that-the pool water was pretty chilly so they couldn’t swim very long.

Stay was okay.
Our stay was fine. The staff was friendly and service was great and the room was clean. There were some things that weren't so great. The shower head leaked, USB outlets in the nightstand didn't work, one outlet in nightstand wasn't usable, shelves in bathroom were nearly falling off the wall, bathroom handle was coming off the door

Location was fantastic. Check in was SLOW! Waited about 20 mins for someone to come to front desk. The room was amazing, loved the lay out. Breakfast was good, but 2 of us found hair in our food.

This hotel is completely remodeled inside. Rooms are beautiful. Very comfortable. Pet friendly as we brought our dog. Breakfast was great. Very clean rooms. Can’t say enough good things.

The property was well kept, the breakfast they provided had a lot of options available, and the staff at the front desk was super helpful when it came to food and drink options around the area. It had been our 1st time in that area so the tips really helped. The room was really nice and clean!

Was charged for a double queen studio suite. They were overbooked apparently, so I got stuck with two standard rooms, when we all wanted to be together....then had to move to another room again because thermostat wouldn't go down from 93 degrees. Then there was no hot tub and no warning prior. Kind of why we wanted to stay at this hotel. Not such a huge big deal but a little disappointing when we didn't get the room we were charged for in the beginning because "hotel was overbooked"

Room air conditioners were very noisy. We could hear air conditioners from neighboring rooms turning on and off all night. Room and hallway had only been superficially cleaned and smelled of mildew. Hot tub was drained and inoperative.
