Hotel has declined significantly in past few years
Hotel has deteriorated significantly in the past 4 years. Two years ago we stayed in the exact same room that we stayed in this past weekend; the same things were broken in the room and that were broken 2 years ago, plus more. We still have a copy of our review from 2 years ago, that’s how we know it’s the same room. The beds were super noisy because of the aluminum wrapping on the bottom frame, making it difficult for people to sleep when adjusting positions, and the hotel is still advertising pictures with a pool and hot tub even though they are removing the hot tub. That’s the only reason we booked this last time, and then to find out the hot tub is no longer there was quite deceiving. Breakfast was very skimpy compared to previous stays and other hotels, and the service was lacking as coffee ran out in the middle of breakfast and wasn’t made again for over 30 minutes. Definitely not worth the price anymore. 4 years ago it was in immaculate condition, but it’s literally dirty and falling apart now. Sad! Having said that, the staff were all nice and pleasant to deal with.

There was some scrapes on wall and could see where door had hit wall. Also wanted a room with tub but was only a shower and thoght it was listed as a combination shower tub. But in the end it was ok kids did fine with showering.
