"we had a wonderful stay in the house. the house is actually a bit bigger than the pictures suggest. we were there with 10 adults. The house is very well equipped for large groups. It is calm and at the same time you can walk to the lake and to the center of the village. we can absolutely recommend staying there. Christine, who welcomed us, was very helpful and friendly."

"We went with my son age 9 and he loved the pools. It was very handy for the beautiful beach and Atlantic Sea. It was also very convenient for the Carrefour Contact supermarket and all the bars, shops and restaurants in town. We had a studio for x4 people ( we were a group of 3) and it was perfectly adequate. "We stayed in Le Porge, with our lively springer spaniel, and this gite was a great choice for us. The property was clean and comfortable, and the designated parking space was a bonus. The owners were very friendly and the free range eggs from their chickens were delicious! The beach at Le Porge Ocean was fabulous and we recommend a visit to Arcachon and also taking the ferry from Lamarque to see the Citadelle de Blaye. "

"The property was damp on arrival, dirty cutlery and cobwebs in all rooms. This property has DEFINITELY NOT been refurbished as per the website. The washing machine had a part missing that was only fixed on our last day, altogether Cyril was available for us this property was not worth the money we spent."
