"We spent 3 nights at the Maun Lodge. It is a bit older, but considering its convenience and free airport shuttle, we were happy with our stay. The room itself was basic but very clean and house keeping came every day to tidy up and replace any dirty towels and restock complimentary still water bottles to the room. The restaurant is busy and offers a decent menu. The staff is friendly and helpful with whatever you need. We enjoyed the pool on our final day. It is a cold water pool, but we were happy lounging in the lounge chairs and enjoying the shade and quiet. Overall, we would stay again if we return to Maun. "

"Unfortunately, we had a very mixed stay, with overall disappointment. Starting with the positives, Nokanyana is in a very nice setting, the staff on the property (restaurant, front desk, support functions) were all exceptional - attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed. Where Nokanyana failed spectacularly is what actually mattered to us most given the location: game drives. Our driver / guide got stuck in sand, something that could happen to anybody (even though it did not happen to us tourists with no training in how to do it). What was shocking is how not "

I hope hotel can keep in mind one very important thing: don’t supply spaghetti made of yuca, for many people including us, this yuca will cause severe food allergy, which lasted for two days. "

"Good value good WiFi. Should turn on air con one hour before guest arrival though if this is known ahead of time. Super helpful staff. Pictures of pool should be downplayed in advert because it is small IRL. "
