“Staffing was a major issue. There was a cleaner there when we got there and didn’t seem to have any information about us coming. The rooms weee clean but little things were broken (tv remote).
When we tried to leave the next morning, there was absolutely no staff around and we couldn’t get out of the gate. It took us 10 minutes to figure out how to get out of the grounds. No communication from anyone.
It would be a great little spot to stay if there was a bit better service. ”

“WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM.
Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. ”

“They canceled our reservation literally at the last minute without any notification whatsoever; leaving us stranded at the Maun Airport. Then the manager refused to give us a refund. Both Expedia and I tried to rectify the situation for over an hour while still at the airport all to no avail. This feels like quite a scam! They took a reservation and almost $300 USD.
