I will say, the staff was very polite and helpful. Also, we generally stay at the Hampton Inn so that is the hotel experience we’re used too. Check in at 3pm, we arrived at 2:30pm and were told it was a 15 dollars check in early fee. We payed because we drove 12 hours from NY and wanted to relax. Other than that the place was ok
