Amazing accommodations. Very upscale and comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful. The area is beautiful. This is now at the top of our list to visit. 100% recommend.

Nice hotel but lacks amenities and when ordering room service the food is delivered cold. I ordered room service on 3 separate days, the food tasted good but was not hot. I recommend eating at the restaurant. The exercise room is small and smelled like feet. There are no indoor pools or hot tubs. When I checked in, they did not mention complimentary coffee in the lobby from 7-10 am and I did not find out until checking out. I would have enjoyed that had I known. We stayed on the 8th floor and the sunrise was amazing with grand picture window. A maid attempted to open the door as I was getting out of the shower, luckily I was able to close it before they entered the room. The jest is a nice hotel but the experience less than anticipated. We stayed a week over New Years and they did a New Year’s Eve special with a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board but we could not get that because we booked through Expedia and not direct. It was disappointing because a week there did not negate that according to the front desk.
