Nice hotel. Easy access to everything. I have stayed here a few times. A little noisy in certain rooms, make sure to ask for a room facing the pool or Avenida street. Breakfast from 6-9 am. Fitness center is good, pool is clean. I will stay here again.

It gets you on the water but not 4 or 5 star resort. Would have been cool if they let you know the facility was under major construction. We made the best of it.
Restaurant and bar are spot on. We had a couple of drinks the first night in the bar and breakfast down stairs on our way out. Location is great away from the big crowds but everything is walking distance. Booked it as we were driving down south for a couple of days. We would stay again once construction is done.

Refugio was the front desk clerk when I arrived at the hotel, and he was amazing. After a long, tiring drive, he welcomed me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and easy. If you have the chance to meet Refugio, know that you’ll be well taken care of. Shout out to Refugio is the best !!!!
