This property uses "contactless" hosting, which means there's no staff on site. In my case, the A/C unit in my room was inoperable and so I requested maintenance through the text message connection to somebody, somewhere. I received text message cheery responses and assurances for 2.5 days, but nothing ever happened. No repair happened. No one seemed to show up. I did overhear other guests complaining about a similar situation.
So, if you're not too fussy, if you're just looking for a flop on Imperial Beach, this is a not a bad deal. It's like renting a sleep pod at an airport. Hope everything goes smoothly!
