Our new-to-us cottage has 4 bedrooms, and can sleep 15+. Perfect for your larger group, or even your family that just wants to spread out a bit, and have some extra space to yourselves. With plenty of room to be together, and plenty of room for some privacy, our goal is that you have a nice, comfortable, and relaxing stay.

* Open floor plan with plenty of room for cooking, dining, or just relaxing.
* Large kitchen with plenty of counter space.
* Large Wrap-Around Deck to spend time outside with family/friends.
* Located less than one (1) mile from downtown Silver Lake, and less than two (2) miles from the ORV sand dune entrance.
* Access to Silver Lake right across the street - great for kayaks, peddle boats, etc.
* Very family friendly!
* Parking in front of house, and alongside. Should have plenty of space for your dune toys!

- UPPER LEVEL includes a large bedroom that overlooks Silver Lake and the Sand Dunes. This room includes two beds, sleeping a total of 4, along with a sleeper-sofa for additional guests. The upper level also includes a bathroom with stand-up shower.
- Main floor washer and dryer
- Built-In Desk with Chair for those who have to do some work while on vacation.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, crock pot, coffee maker, pancake griddle, toaster and more.
- Blankets, comforters, sheets, pillows, kitchen towels, and bath towels all supplied for your stay. Just bring beach towels for your time in the sand!

Overall very nice.
The overall best things about this property is the large size and how close it is to everything. The finishings are a bit dated but everything was very clean. The only downside was that the front deck was not clean (although being near trees does that) and the patio furniture could be replaced.

Great house with a great location. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with. 100% would recommend this home if you and/or your family/friends are in need of a rental. More than enough space and bedrooms to accommodate multiple people without feeling like you're on top of one another. The only suggestion I can think to offer would be some shelves or medicine cabinet in the downstairs bathroom. However, this would not stop us from staying here again if we were in need of a rental!

The wrap around porch and fenced in yard completely encloses the space making it ideal for free roaming little children or pets. Helps adults to rest easy that they cannot get to the road. Spacious. Ideal setup for a multigenerational beach get away.

This property is one of the best we have stayed in. The number of rooms/beds fit out extended family vacation . The big backyard was great for big family l. The owner was fantastic at communicating when needed. The house was very clean and the linens were provided which is a huge plus. We will definitely be returning renters !

Beautiful house with lots of room for a large group inside and in the back yard, parking however with trailers for a large group going into the dune it is not quite enough at the location. The leafs in front of the entrance door could’ve been at least raked away from the steps upon arrival, along with the dead carpenter ants that were in the rooms and bathrooms, upstairs and down stairs. Once again, over all was a good stay, rest of the house was clean and operable. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. Thanks again, Tom.
