What a good surprise

The outside is deceiving Cousy place with excellent service Almost as a big family home Comfortable small room with everything you need great breakfast and nice courtyard

Manutenção das estruturas de madeira

A nossa estadia foi excelente principalmente no que diz respeito à limpeza, atendimento e simpatia do TODO pessoal. Excelente pequeno-almoço e excelente cozinha no restaurante. Tranquilidade e localização! Já em relação à manutenção e conservação dos alojamento em madeira (casa completa) os mesmos apresentam-se com o revestimento de madeira muito degradado assim como toda a toda a estrutura de madeira. Os utensilios de cozinha são insuficientes e o sofá com chaise longue estava danificado. Também toda a área de jardim apesar de não ter sido danificada pelos incêndios estava completamente seca e ao abandono. Penso que não será esta a imagem que o empreendimento queira passar e é pena dado a qualidade do restante serviço. Utilizamos frequentemente alojamentos locais de todo o país e sendo a maioria de gestão privada, apresentam melhor conservação/ manutenção e melhor relação qualidade preço que estas casinhas com uma entidade hoteleira como gestora A degradação deste espaço poderá lamentavelmente pôr em causa a economia desta pequena aldeia. Muito obrigada

Im Grossen und ganzem Gut. Bett sehr bequem aber das Bungalow roch sehr stark nach Holzöl oder Versiegelung. Das schlafen war so gar nicht angenehm. Pool war toll und Frühstück ebenfalls. Terrasse nicht so sauber, überall Spinnennetz.

Uma agradável surpresa

Excelente surpresa no meio da natureza, uma piscina impecável e colaboradores do melhor e mais simpáticos que existe, sempre muito prestáveis e disponíveis, mesmo quando ás 3:30 da manhã pedi um pouco de gelo para a minha filha (tinha tirado um dente) foram muito simpáticos e disponíveis. Quartos sempre limpos a tempo e horas.

É pena que na altura às termas estivessem encerradas! Não faz sentido esta âncora estar fora de serviço apesar das promessas camarárias. Hotel e local muito aprazível! Não devem descurar à manutenção - exemplos, edifícios e relvado junto à piscina. A melhorar serviço de restauração -tempo de resposta- e o acondicionamento dos alimentos do pequeno almoço. Devem manter altos níveis de qualidade e os standards! Restaurante com ementa limitada mas com pratos eximiamente confecionados.

Vanhan rakennuksen yhteyteen tehty ultramoderni hotelli. Betonia, rautaa ja käsiteltyä vaneria. Erittäin siisti ja huoneet tilavia omalla terassilla. Ravintola yllättävän tasokas ja aamiainen ok. Vila Nova do Foz Coaan autolla 12 minuuttia. Omassa kylässä ei mitään palveluita. Viereinen SPA on suljettu mutta yksi lämmin ulkoallas käytössä.

A nice combination of old and new architecture - quite unique. This is a great hotel for visiting the archeological sites in the Coa valley. Rooms have nice views and good amenities. Interspersed with kid-friendly facilities, e.g., games. The restaurant is quite good and breakfast was excellent. Recommended.
