Please put trash, in garbage bag, into the red garbage can outside at the base of the deck stairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No access to outbuildings (security system is on). No parties, pets, or unauthorized guests. We recommend obtaining trip or travel insurance.
Guests must be declared in advance to receive door code. Arrivals earlier than 2:30 PM /departures after 11:30 AM: $25 per hour (or part thereof).
Guests stay at their own risk. Owners aren't liable for injuries, accidents, or loss during stay. Use care near stairs, fireplaces, etc.

The home was in a great location for our friends weekend! It is so cute and was well-equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very responsive, and even left us fresh, local blueberries! We will be back!

Amazing Home, Convenient Location

Very conveniently located near The Gallagher Barn wedding venue, where my daughter got married. Literally 5 mins down the road. House was kept cool and comfortable, exceptionally clean and well stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Host was very responsive to any necessary communication. Beds were very comfortable and house was beautifully decorated. Thanks for a great stay!
