It offers 3 Bedrooms: 1 Queen with floor to ceiling window with views across the gully, the sun rises beyond this window so morning light is glorious, with its own ensuite with bath and sky-window. 1 double bedroom with big window to side deck and gully with adjacent bathroom, and 1 single bedroom/work station. The house is open plan yet cosy, It has a lovely wood fire and there is a lower deck, side deck, and upper deck. Very comfortable and cosy, room to spread out, surrounded by leafy greenness. The house is split level. There are stairs from the carport to the front door, and two internal flights of stairs joining the three levels. You are requested to take your shoes off when you enter so bring house slippers.
