We were really looking forward to staying at this property. Booked in August for a November trip, they cancelled our stay without explanation 2 months later because we didn't "meet their criteria". Leaving us to find more expensive accommodation just a few weeks from our trip. They wouldn't communicate with us. No explanation. Terrible service. Shonky. They must have realised the World Cup was in Melbourne that weekend and could get more money for it. WARNING Stay Away do not book this place.

Amazing view and close to coffee shops and restaurants. Trains and bus system right outside of building. Alex was great to work and responded quickly.
