"Chose this B & B as it was close to the Canal du Nivernais and had good reviews. I was not disappointed. I was the only guest but was offered a 3 course evening meal - very good. Room was clean and quiet, had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and fresh croissants. Little gem of a place. Recommended"

"Staying at this beautiful inn was one of the nicest experience we've had in France. The inn is gorgeous, beautifully kept, comfortable, and within walking distance to everything in the village. Our hosts prepared an incredibly delicious breakfast both mornings. Lovely, lovely couple. We would definitely recommend staying here while visiting the Sancerre region."

"Jacques-Louis est un hôte aimable et dévoué. Notre fille, arrivée à vélo le jour même, a pu dormir dans son propre lit dans notre chambre. Jacques-Louis n'a pas demandé de supplément. L'hôtel est en cours de rénovation soignée, pièce par pièce. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la juxtaposition d'antiquités et de chambres modernes. Boire un café dans la cour intérieure le matin et boire du vin ou une bière le soir était très relaxant. Nous reviendrons. Merci beaucoup."
