Check in was okay. I was put in a handicapped room? I’m not sure why. Breakfast was fine. The tables weren’t cleaned from the previous guests. The lobby was extremely loud with kids playing outside breakfast area.

Very cold and drafty, heat only goes to 70 for a few moments. Space heaters are needed. Bathroom is cold, water doesnt reach a super hot temp. Back door is not level so you can see outside through the bottom. Location is great, neighborhood is cool. Not a horrible stay for an urbanite but of there just a little bit of bougie in you, you may wanna pass

The service was definitely top tier the night manager Alexis was so helpful she went over and beyond to get us accommodation for the experience we had at a different hotel which was so nice she was a blessing as well as the other lady on shift the night of the 12th I was overwhelmed she stepped in helping us so professional God bless her heart the rest of the staff also gave great service the hotel was so clean well stocked and Offer so many amenities I rate the service 10/10 the in room dining was amazing food was 10/10 also and can’t forget about the overall experience excellent I’m looking forward to coming back again any issues they going out there way to fix any issues including ones that didn’t have anything to do with there hotel this most definitely touched my heart Thanks again Alexis Webb for your help while having empathy / patience during my visit you so deserve a raise or a higher position you’re a blessing also having the ability to be impartial to all my God continue to bless you and your staff thanks again I recommend this hotel to everyone and I can’t forget about Jamal he’s such a wonderful guy he also helped us out

The hotel property is very nice and has more than enough amenities to keep you entertained during your stay. Everything is in close distance to the property, and all that you will need is within walking distance.

The staff was nice and the rooms were gorgeous and clean.
