The AC unit was incredibly loud and made it difficult to sleep. When we complained, the front desk employee seemed uninterested. We asked to switch rooms but were told the hotel was fully booked. They later said the AC was repaired, but the noise never changed. The hotel also had an event going on, and kids were running around the hallways being very loud at night. We were in town for a sports event and needed proper rest, which was impossible. They’re doing a great job though and it was a good stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent. I prepaid the breakfast fee of like $4 and it was well worth it. Staff were very friendly.
