"The bedroom and bathroom were very large in comparison to other hotels in my time in Italy. It was in good condition and comfortable. The view from the window was of the local street and the tower of Pisa. We tried to get dinner at the rooftop restaurant upon check in at 9:30 pm, as the staff at the desk said the kitchen was open until 10pm, but upon arriving at the restaurant, the staff said the kitchen was closed and we would only be served drinks. Luckily there were several restaurants on the street happy to serve food. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. The buffet had a wide variety to choose from. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful."
"So glad we were able to move to this hotel for easy access to train station. Only issue was air conditioning did not work in our room. We were given a fan which was helpful "
"The hotel was within walking distance from the train station. The reception desk was very helpful with information. There was a large luggage room to drop off cases, which allowed us to explore Pisa further after check out time."
"Staying at Max Hotel Livorno was an excellent experience! The location is very convenient, with easy access to both the city center and transportation. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, offering great comfort after a day exploring Tuscany.
The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need, which really makes the stay feel welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options that gave us the perfect start to the day.
The hotel also has great amenities, including parking and a nice restaurant on-site, making everything very practical.
Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed hotel in Livorno — highly recommended whether you are here for business or leisure."
"Great location, steps from the Tower. Easy access to public transit, dining within 10-15 mins walking.
Staff at the hotel went excellent, room was spacious and clean. Would recommend"
