"I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509\. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. "Lovely bedroom, we upgraded to a canal view, which was well worth it and had a small balcony over looking the canal basin where to gondolas park at night. Staff super helpful. Bed very comfortable. The location was perfect, just off St Marks Square, making getting the Alilaguna Water bus to/from the airport super easy. Breakfast plentiful. Great stay. "

"Hi there is totally no air conditioning and the room is hot and you know what when you open the window as there is restaurant around and all the greasy small will come in. Not to mention it’s so noisy there is no way to have a good night sleep. The room is dirty and the bathroom is mouldy. I cankor understand why it’s a 4 star hotel. Please do not book this hotel in anyway. I have taken pictures if there is anyway to post it "
