This two bedroom apartment is located in Calanova Sea Golf complex in La Cala. The complex offers access to five communal pools and a separate childrens pool, within the well maintained gardens. The apartment is 5km away from the beach and town of La Cala and just 500m to Calanova golf resort. The apartment offers a secure underground parking space, hot & cold vented aircon and free WIFI.

The tastefully furnished apartment is located on the first floor, with access by lift and is arranged over one level. The separate kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast bar with two stools. The open plan lounge, dining area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and two chairs and also a 55" smart TV . The covered terrace can be accessed from the lounge. Here you can enjoy a further dining seating area, plus two lounge seats while you take in the beautiful views over the pools, golf course and sea views.

The master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, a walk in wardrobe area and has direct access on to the terrace. The master bedroom also benefits from ensuite bathroom, fitted with a bath with a shower attachment and a bidet. The guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
