The beachfront apartment offers stunning sea views and the complex has a communal swimming pool, which has direct access to the beach, boardwalk and beach restaurant. This tastefully furnished apartment is located on the first floor, with access by stairs and is arranged over two levels. The open plan living space offers a dining seating area for four people and a lounge seating area, furnished with a sofa and a 49¨smart TV, plus Apple TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lower terrace can be accessed from the lounge, dining area and benefits from a lounge seating area. There is also use of the extra fridge on this terrace and views to the pool, beachfront and sea can be enjoyed. Follow the steps up to the roof terrace to enjoy a whole level of outdoor living and entertainment. The roof terrace is furnished with a large lounge seating area, a dining seating area, sunbeds, a shower, a small table with high stools and a gas BBQ. For the hotter days, the awing can be opened to cover the better part of the terrace to escape the sun. Stunning beach front. pool and sea views can be enjoyed from here.



The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, a 49¨smart TV with Apple TV and an ensuite shower room. This bedroom has direct access onto the lower terrace. The guest bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and wardrobe, the guest shower room is just across the hall.
