"Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on ..."

"It wasn't very clean( table, bences, ) and not very accurate. It says kitchen but there is nowhere to cook (only microwave) so its not a kitchen. Also no sink ,we had to wash everything in the toilet"
