"This 1950’s home was well maintained and decorated so well. The inside has comfortable furniture and feels cozy and inviting. Nice special touches with complimentary toiletries was wonderful. We slept well in the quiet neighborhood and the backyard is not only creatively done but we loved having coffee in the “shipping container” room and eating dinners at the little table. "I could hear the seals barking the moment I arrived. This house is one block from the beach. I didn’t get a chance to use all of the equipment in the garage, bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, games, etc. the focus of this trip was to go explore the Channel Islands. The location was very convenient to get to the ferry dock in Ventura. There were also some really good restaurants near by. There were three bedrooms which gave us plenty of room for 6 of us."

"My son was getting married over Memorial Day weekend on the beach in pierpont. This was the perfect place to stay! We also had our dog with us and the yards were absolutely awesome! The kids enjoyed the game room and played cornhole in the back yard. It’s close to restaurants and the marina park. The hosts were great with communication and ensuring we had anything and everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay in Ventura!"
