Mittenwald Gem

Great stay, friendly check-in and as I was leaving very early in the morning (4am) was able to checkout the night before and even comped a drink in my room since I wouldn't make breakfast. The pool was AMAZING, and location was perfect for a hiker like myself. Would absolutely stay again.

Great mountain getaway

The service was great. The manager at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the mountains. It was short walk to downtown Mittenwald where there was great restaurants and shopping.

Great town

Nice hotel but our room was above a smoking area so we couldn’t sit on the porch and enjoy the amazing views. Friendly/helpful staff. Parking is a challenge.

The property was exceptionally clean and the host Daniel was very accommodating. We told him who we are and before anything else he showed us the property and all it offered and then our room. The room was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. . The village of Mittenwald is breathtaking. We will definitely come back to visit soon. We had a lovely stay. The staff is over the top. Our room was impeccable after cleaning service. So convenient to everything. Grocery store was conveniently across the street. Pool was wonderful. Sauna area could be a little cleaner but wonderful and relaxing just the same.

In the booking it was stated that the room of type Economy include - Double Room, 1 Queen Bed, Balcony In practice, the hotel claimed that an Economy type reservation does not include a balcony and I did not receive a room with a balcony. It's a shame because it spoiled the experience of staying at the place.
