“Property was close to our family and all good”

“The home was just as pictured and in excellent condition. The host had snacks, coffee and drinks available upon our arrival. The host also personally checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony porch overlooking a large pond. All in all, a perfect place. ”

“The home owner was one of the kindest people we met. We love the house and we plan on renting the same house next year cause we have to come back up for a wedding.”

“ Clean. Photos mostly true to life, clean towels were stacked on hamper for dirty linen in kitchen. Cold and unwelcoming. Parking instructions unclear, right from what? Left from what? You could add a diagram under check in instructions to show how people should park. Security pad too complicated with no instructions in check in,only the numbers. I wasn’t sure which door to enter or how to use security pad. The unit was not labeled with a number. Manager/owner was a little bit rude when...

“This property was very clean, cozy, and in a very nice area! Comfortable bedding, plenty of room inside, and the train station nearby offered convenience and great white noise. The small touches like having my name on the door was very surprising, especially since we booked on super short notice!”

“This one-bedroom attic apartment is cute and efficient. It was sufficient for my needs. Due to the age of the original home that houses four (4) residential units, it is a little loud in its mechanics, structure, and location. The people were friendly and helpful. It is closely located to the Crown Point Square which offers multiple shopping and gastro-pub options within the Historic Downtown area. The property manager was pleasant enough and prompt in his communications.”

“This free standing studio apartment is tucked into a neighborhood. While the homes around it need some TLC, this unit is perfect. Very comfortable, full kitchen, fast internet. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. There isn’t much space or seating for more. ”

As a temporary tenant for a month, I appreciated that they took many considerations into account for daily living, as well as answering questions and maintaining communication throughout my stay.
