Beautiful house and property. We are returning guests from last year. The dock was great for fishing and swimming and the kids had a ball with the air hockey table. The house is convenient to the marina with the arcade and mini golf. Quite the family hit!

Relaxing vacation

The property is conveniently located near marinas and shops. The house is nicely renovated and well stocked. The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing by the lake! They even have a nice fire pit area right next to the water which made a perfect end to our days out and about around the lake. Highly recommend!

Very nice house with lots of bedrooms and activities for the kids. Host was proactive in communication and quickly responded to inquiries. Convenient location on SML with nearby parks, grocery stores and restaurants. Would recommend!

Perfect Lake Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this well equipped house on the lake! The property was peaceful, clean, and had proper spaces for our family. We stayed as 3 families with kids of all ages. The lake location is great for fishing and safe swimming without boat traffic and big water noise. The private COVERED dock was ideal for lounging, fishing, and jumping into the water for a swim.The house was well-equipped and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax indoors and out, covered screened deck kept us dry during short drizzle, it allowed us to stay outside most of the time. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to unwind, enjoy nature, and make great memories by the water. This was our 3rd stay here and we hope to come back!

The house was perfect. Layout super for families.Two basement (walkout, great views) bedrooms openup to family room with large TV, pool table, and air hockey table. Home away from home for Christmas

Lovely Fall Getaway

Great house with amenities to keep four boys occupied for a long weekend. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen to fuel the weekend. Lake is lovely and the dock easy to access. The porch is great for enjoying the sights and sounds.

Perfect location and great house

The house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Bridgewater Plaza and easy water access out into the main lake. Nice to have the boat in a somewhat protected place so it didn’t bang around on the dock. Property manager was great and reached out to us right away after we booked

Family Thanksgiving

We stayed at the house on Smith Mountain Lake for our family Thanksgiving. There was 10 of us and plenty of space. We had a great time lounging at the house and also taking the very short drive into town. Very convenient location! This home is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. We hope to go back in the summer!

Our second time here, fantastic time as usual - might have to be a tradition! Ken was incredibly responsive and the house is great, including some new renovated bathrooms! Great location with convenient access to food/shopping/wine, while still being peaceful and private on the lake. Highly recommend.

No Regrets

Though the stay wasn’t long, I enjoyed the home. It was spacious, clean, and overall a great home. The only disappointment is that we had to clean a portion of the patio to sit and enjoy the view. But it would not deter my future bookings. I just wish we could have enjoyed the the up and bottom patio more. I enjoyed the visit and the property.
