“I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve.
Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...”

“Close to the Train Centrale; a 10 min leisure walk. The room is very clean, staff was friendly, accommodating and communication was excellent through What’s App and detailed instructions for after hours operation was simple and straight forward. Left luggage by receptionist was very helpful. All was wonderful. A 10 AM checkout was a bit early but I managed. ”
