Very excellent experience in the hotel. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The sauna is private and decent. Though the location is not central of the city but the surrounding is amazing with church, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market in this season. Also, you can have breakfast in your room with nice view.

非常糟糕，完全不是五星酒店，硬装和软装都非常差。我们付了1600美金，12月初在deluxe 房间住了两个晚上，入住当天晚上6店房间才准备好。房间在路边上，半夜都有很多噪音，服务和态度也非常差。这个地方不会再去，太失望太糟糕了
