Relaxing Stay at Montepulciano
We enjoyed our few days at this property which had amazing views and great facilities. The communication from the owner and manager was A+ and the apartment (top floor) was spacious and very clean with a terrific balcony for dinner with a view. The pool was also great and the apartment was a 10 minute drive (5km) to Montepulciano and services. The only thing that could have been improved was supplying extra toilet paper, dishwashing tablets (we had none) and basics like tea and milk especially since we arrived very late.

Tuscany apartment
This place was in great location for accessing other Tuscany locations, but the directions were a bit tricky, and the hostess was unable to help us via phone. Google maps didn't recognize the address. Apartment was nice, but lacking in several basic amenities: no sheets or pillowcases on one of the beds (and no extras in any closets), Internet service didn't work until end of day 2 and spotty thereafter, no soap in bathroom, one of the mattresses kept falling off slats. We spent very little time here, so the apartment met basic needs.

Agréable domaine au cœur de la Toscane
Appartement calme, propre et spacieux idéalement situé pour visiter le sud de de la Toscane et l'Ombrie. Piscine pour se rafraîchir dans un joli cadre. Appartement bien équipé, mais vaisselle un peu juste pour 5 personnes. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Todella siisti ja mielyttävä kokemus kaikinpuolin. Kaikki mitä voit toivoa kun vuokraat talon. Isoon kauppaan vain 5min ajomatka ja samassa idyllisessä Montepulciaanossa useita ravintoloita ja viinikauppoja. Lähellä kaikkea nähtävää. Täydellinen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Mängeln
Auf den ersten Blick eine sehr schöne Anlage, leider mit einigen Mängeln, die man eigentlich mit wenig Aufwand beheben könnte: Die Betten sind mit billigsten Lattenrosten ausgestattet, die fast jede Nacht in einem der beiden Doppelzimmer runtergekracht sind. Die Küche war ausreichend aber nicht üppig ausgestattet. Es waren z. B. für 5 Personen nur 4 komplette Kaffeegedecke vorhanden und auch nur 4 Kaffeelöffel. Bilder hingen schief in den Rahmen, eine Garderobe an der Wand war nicht richtig befestigt, der Türrahmen im Einzelzimmer hing von der Wand weg, es fehlten Glühbirnen in den Lampen. Beim Esstisch war ein Stuhl nicht richtig geleimt (man musste aufpassen, das man damit nicht zusammenkrachte), in dem einen Bad lief das Wasser in Dusche und Waschbecken nicht richtig ab. Der (Plastik-)Tisch auf der Terrasse war so dreckig, dass man ihn gar nicht sauber bekam (wir legten daher eine Tischdecke drauf). Der Staubsauger hatte kaum Saugkraft und ging beim ersten Benutzen gleich kaputt (für uns war dieser wichtig, da wir einen Hund haben). Dies waren alles Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand hätten behoben werden können, hätte man die Unterkunft vor Vermietung genauer durchgeschaut. Bei den Betten hätte man etwas in bessere Roste investieren müssen. Sehr schade war, dass der Pool nach einigen Tagen so dreckig war, dass wir ihn die letzten drei Tage gar nicht mehr genutzt haben. Es war immer ein „Film“ auf der Wasseroberfläche. Es war an zwei Tagen mal das Reinigungsgerät im Wasser, es sah aber nicht danach aus, dass es auch funktionierte. Schade, denn die Anlage ist an sich sehr schön, die Lage sehr ruhig. Die Verwalterin und ihr Mann waren sehr nett und haben sich gleich gekümmert, wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Sehr nett war auch, dass wir nach zehnstündiger Anreise zwei Stunden vor der üblichen Zeit unsere Unterkunft beziehen konnten. Trotz der aufgeführten Mängel haben wir unsere Zeit genossen.

pace e relax a due passi da Montepulciano
Tutto perfetto, bellissimo e ampio appartamento su due piani con terrazza per mangiare all'aperto. Giardino curatissimo. Magnifica view delle colline di Montepulciano. Ottima la piscina a 50 metri dall'appartamento. Pochissimo disturbo dagli altri ospiti Bene per l'air conditioned nelle camere da letto. Internet a volte mancante. In 5 minuti di auto si arriva a Montepulciano e al supermercato Conad, nuovo e molto ben fornito di prodotti tipici toscani. Peccato dover partire !
