Very spacious (82m2) and bright, this apartment offers a high-quality, fitted American kitchen, a welcoming living / dining room with old-fashioned high ceilings (4.5m high) with living room, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and a sofa bed (possibility of an additional sofa bed in the living room), a luxurious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Tom, our greeter and helper, was wonderful and Ward, the owner, a very responsive background host. Our only suggestion would be cushions on the dining chairs and a firm-back armchair. The apartment is even better in real life than in the pictures, truly beautiful. With all its huge windows the Great Room is filled with light, and with all the character of its period architectural features needs no further decoration. It is also a well-equipped home, not a minimally equipped rental, with a real kitchen that has everything you need for real cooking. As for the dining table of re-purposed ancient wood, just wow! Made us feel like lords of the manor. Good beds, good linens, good bathroom with the luxury of a tub. Excellent location in the historic centre within walking distance of the best bakery, the best charcuterie, the best market, the Musée Fabre and so many other historic buildings. As good as it gets for two people, though for three the upstairs bedroom is so low-ceilinged as to be a bit of a menace. But that's a quibble. Le propriétaire porte une attention à l'histoire de son appartement situé dans un ancien hôtel particulier, cela donne envie d'en prendre soin ! Idéal pour visiter le centre ville et sortir au spectacle ou au restaurant. Convient au télétravail pour 2 personnes. La 2nde chambre a une entrée très basse en combles, ce qui convient bien à des enfants mais pas à des adultes. De menues améliorations pourraient rendre le séjour parfait (porte de sdb qui ne ferme pas bien, douche qui ne s'écoule pas bien, passer un chiffon sur les surfaces après une période sans locataire). Seul point vraiment négatif, l'accueil, qui n'était pas professionnel (société de concierge). Dans l'ensemble, un très bon séjour et un emplacement parfait. ##### Prune V. 2021 年 6 月入住 8 晚 ### 6/10 一般 #### Axel L. 2020 年 8 月 24 日 #### Schöne sanierte Altbauwohnung im Herzen von Montpellier WIr waren im Sommer 2020 dort, kurz nach der "Corona Wiedereröffnung" des Appartments. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich sehr zentral und für Altstadtbesuche optimal. Leider sind in der Strasse vor dem Objekt mehrere öffentliche Mülleimer abgestellt, die gegen 5:30h morgens lautstark durch die örtlichen Betriebe geleert werden. Da aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage an einen erholsamen Schlaf ohne offene Fenster nicht zu denken war, waren wir dann leider immer wach. Das 2\. Schlafzimmer befindet sich direkt unter dem Dach ohne Stehhöhe. Beide Schlafzimmer haben leider nur Fenster zu einem schmalen Lichthof, der oben auch noch geschlossen war, sodass die Wärme nicht abziehen konnte. Die Sauberkeit ließ an einigen Stellen zu Wünschen übrig, was aber nicht am Vermieter, sondern an der betreuenden Agentur lag. Wenn am Wochenende die Müllabfuhr nicht kam, waren lautstarke Partygänger mindestens ebenso laut in den schmalen Gassen. Definitiver Nachteil war, nicht mit dem PKW zum Ausladen vorfahren zu können. So musste das Gepäck zu Fuß vom Parkhaus aus transportiert werden (bergauf) und am Objekt dann noch in den 3\. Stock getragen werden - bei über 30Grad C keine leichte Sache. Fazit: Schöne Wohnung, aber wir sind nach 5 von 7 Tagen abgereist wegen Lärm in der Nacht und stehender Hitze. ##### Axel L. 2020 年 7 月入住 7 晚 ### 8/10 还可以 #### Delphine J. 2020 年 3 月 10 日 满意：清洁度 #### Bien atypique plein de charme Attention à la localisation car prendre un logement en hyper centre du vieux Montpellier est idéal pour tout faire à pied mais pas de stationnement et obligation d utiliser parking sous-terrain (payant mais avec abonnement c'est moins cher) Au 2eme étage sans ascenseur, découverte d'un lieu surprenant avec belles hauteurs sous plafond, bois/pierre donc très charmant. The bedroom small but with plenty of cupboard space and bright reading lights. Bathroom stylish, good shower. The quiet location near the Musee Fabre and the Esplanade suited us perfectly as we walked everywhere from there. I traveled for 10-days for work to Montpellier and I could not have asked for a better place to stay! The apartment was clean, well equipped, very spacious and gorgeous. The location can not be beat - centrally locates and close to everything. Yet it was so quiet and secure. Seul petit bémol; difficile à chauffer malgré la mise en route anticipée du chauffage par Lorenzo. L’accueil est personnalisé et simplifié au maximum.
