Clean room w/ a shower.

Would absolutely stay again

We stayed in a triple family room with three queen beds, so it was super spacious and comfortable for all of us. Overall, everything looked clean at first, but once we started noticing the little details, it didn’t feel like a deep clean had been done. For example, there was hair on the shower walls before any of us even used it, and the tub needed a quick rinse before showering. That being said, the staff was amazing!! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. The location is also a huge plus it’s right across from a plaza with food, coffee, and even a really good taco stand at night. Despite the small cleaning issues, I’d definitely stay here again!

I was told by the property that I will receive a refund for my one night stay. I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head. It has been 3 days and I’ve not received a refund.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Casa Blanca. The reservation process was simple, and everything was smooth upon arrival. The hotel has a quiet and discreet atmosphere, which makes it ideal for a restful stay. The entrance is not very noticeable at first because it’s a bit tiny, but the hotel is located right next to another motel, making it easier to identify. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. And actually is the first time that I see a really polite person. Overall, this is a good option for travelers looking for a simple, private, and comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying here again.
