The hotel staff is attentive and make small talks to you, starting from Concierge where I order some cookies and send to hotel. To the check in/oyut staffs for their assistance. Even the cafe where I have breakfast daily greet me and remember my husband and myself. The cafe staff were attentive to my drinks order which I appreciate. The house keeping staff was attentive to my laundry service. The bellboy and the lady staff greet me everytime we had eye contact. I had a pleasant and great time staying at this hotel. Convenient locations. Perhaps some changes on the shower area as if for elderly it seems tough to climb in and out. Noise could be heard at level 26. I will be back again. Thank you so much "
