“Shower didn’t work for my entire stay despite trying to get host to fix every day. Currently trying to get a refund. ”

“This was a very clean and comfortable stay in a great location. It is above a few floors above a bar, but even on a Friday night we were able to leave the window open and there was not enough noise to bother us. Only issue we had was checking in, but only because we got there after 6pm. We had to haul our bags a few blocks to get our keys, but the host had very clear instructions. Would stay again!”

“Los servicios son de 10, la decoración de la entrada de la cada es exquisita y la habitación tiene todos los detalles para pasar una estancia agradable. La limpieza muy bien. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue con la entrada ya que al ser con llave digital nos costó un poco entrar. Aún así mi valoración es de 10 y sin duda lo recomiendo, está en un sitio dónde hay mucho comercio y cerca del centro. Volveremos!! costó un poco entrar”

“This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. We collected our keys from a key box located behind a metal grate opposite the reception, (which was open, people……
