Villa frente al mar Sands

El condominio cuenta con 3 habitaciones en el piso 5 con 2 ascensores con una impresionante vista de la playa desde el balcón. El condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente renovada y totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El dormitorio principal cuenta con un colchón queen de espuma y un baño adjunto recientemente renovado con una gran ducha.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y el tercer dormitorio cuenta con una litera de tamaño doble. El segundo baño fue completamente renovado y cuenta con una fabulosa bañera para sumergirse.

Beach Retreat
A wonderful getaway, great location, beautiful view, lovely accommodation, very clean and nicely decorated! The only weakness might be the mattresses on the twin beds - wouldn’t be a problem for kids but the adults found them somewhat uncomfortable.

Great stay, great location
Our family had a lovely stay. The rooms afforded everything to meet our needs, the decorations had a calming effect, and it felt like home away from home. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, the pool, and the walks to the beach, We look forward to staying here again in the future.

CLEAN and well maintained. Best unit we’ve ever had in this complex. We especially loved the great appliances and the clothesline on the balcony. The owner was so helpful to provide a high chair for our toddler. Our family will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A gem
The pictures online didn’t due this condo justice. The condo was spotless, comfortable, very well decorated & not over furnished like most we have rented in this complex in the years past. Absolutely everything you would want in a kitchen this one had. Beds were so comfy. Great water pressure too! We will diffidently rent this unit again. Thank you for a wonderful unit to call home for week.

Nice vacation
This was a nice place, and we enjoyed our stay. It ended up being pretty cold while we were there so the indoor heated pool and hot tub were great. Lots of fantastic restaurants near by. Outdoor patio was small, but beautiful view. Front bedroom was very bright in the morning. Overall great, functional condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Beautiful place and so convenient!
Such a nice place! Clean and decorated nicely! Mike was so courteous and professional….reached out several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was running smoothly (including check in and check out). Wonderful location….just minutes from everything you may want to do! Would highly recommend this place! Kitchen was well furnished and apartment overall had very nice and thoughtful touches!!

This was a great condo. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and clean. Beachfront and a view of the beach and inter coastal waterway from the balcony. What is the best for us, this place allows boat and trailer parking!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. For late sleepers, it would be nice to have room darkening curtains in the Master Bedroom. The sun was very bright at 5:30 in the morning. The accommodations fit our family of 5 well.

Great location, great condo
My family and I stayed here for a week and it was perfect. The condo is on the 5th floor with great views and is close to the elevator. The unit was clean and comfortable. Location is great—on the beach and minutes from other things to see and do.

Perfect Stay!
This place was amazing and in the perfect place on Atlantic Beach. The ocean view from the 5th floor was remarkable. The checkin process and property owners were responsive, polite and helpful. The property was spacious and looked to he newly renovated. We had an awesome time and would recommend and love to come back!

Property with all the amenities
This was a nice, clean condo. The kitchen was well stocked and it was the perfect size for our group. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. We enjoyed the beach but didn’t go out as much as we might have otherwise because of the very long walk. Recommend a wagon or something to transport beach gear. Overall would recommend to someone looking for a clean, up to date condo at Atlantic Beach that is close to restaurants and attractions.

Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfy furniture and beds, great kitchen with all cooking supplies. Large pool and direct beach access. BRING YOUR OWN LINENS! We did not realize and had to go buy sheets and towels. Also nice to note that this a side unit, but you have direct view of the beach from the balcony, and you can also see the intracoastal waterway on the back side, this also allowed for plenty of shade on the balcony in the afternoon so it wasn’t too hot to enjoy even though it was the middle of summer for our stay.

Family vacation Atlantic Beach at Sands Villas
Our family enjoyed the week at the Sands Villas at Atlantic Beach. The condo was well equipped with all the amenities and very clean. We had beautiful views of the ocean from our top floor. Our VRBO owner contact was very helpful in providing us with all necessary information prior to arrival. We look forward to going back again.

Wide sandy beaches and dolphin watching
The unit is clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It is close to all the things my kids wanted to do. The wide sandy beach was a huge plus because you don’t feel overcrowded even if there is a lot of people there. We enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony too!

Great location, great beach, great complex
The condo was small but well equipped with everything we needed. The complex is perfect for children with a playground on site plus the indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool is right off the beach, making it an ideal stop when you are tired of the sand or the ocean. The indoor pool is not large but it was a perfect size for a few families to be in there at once. The only downside of the condo is the location of the main bedroom being at the back of the condo while the other 2 bedrooms are right next to the door of the condo. Just something to be aware of if you have small children as we do. We put a chair in front of the door each night just as an extra precaution. Also, there are no real restaurants within easy walking distance but a few places deliver and Food Lion is well stocked and only a few miles down the island. All in all, we would absolutely stay there again.
