“I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "櫃檯人員很友好，房間也很乾淨，位在日內瓦湖湖畔，沿著湖走很快就到聖誕市集的尾端，唯一缺點，浴室排水不良，洗澡洗一洗腳就泡在水裡，床都凹陷了，睡起來真的不舒服，明明預訂3人房，但還是入住後和櫃檯反應才幫忙加床，而咖啡、杯組，還是都只提供2份，隔日才又寫紙條請房務幫忙補足"
