"Room was great. POOL was not available on a day when it was 100. Front desk was not helpful. Tried to switch my suite to one with a tub. There were only about 8 rooms occupied in the whole hotel. That wasn't able to happen either. Restaurant was good. Waitress and restaurant manager very polite. ..."
