“Our family loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. The pond was my youngests son and husband's favorite bonus. Many large mouth bass were caught including the fattest bluegill ever seen.*All were returned back to pond as it's catch and release.I...

“Check-in process and communication was excellent from the start. We were able to start enjoying our stay immediately upon arrival. Communication during our stay and at the end was equally as positive. Quick and helpful information was always provided. The pictures of the cabin and immediate area do not do this cabin/surrounding area enough justice. It is beautiful, rustic, and warm. Fishing at the Big Pond was awesome. My family and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. ”

“We had such a nice stay! We loved fishing and swimming in the pond. The pond is deep and you don’t even feel any seaweed in it when you swim. Very refreshing and relaxing weekend. Thank you! ”

“Awesome little cabin in the woods! Steven was very helpful with directions and accommodating to all our needs. We loved the trails and stargazing in the field next to the windmills.We did not have any problems at all but noticed the stairs to the sleeping loft are very steep for anyone with mobility issues.”
