The room is clean and I will choose it next time.

The property was a beautiful place to get a to go coffee and walk the lake. The rooms were nice and clean. We did have an issue with a dog across the hall barking incessantly. The staffing was mostly amazing. There was one front desk lady that wasn't friendly at all, but I didn't catch her name. The other two ladies and gentleman we spoke with were awesome. The bartender could be a bit more attentive. Seemed more interested in speaking to someone who they obviously knew than taking care of customers. All that being said, we did love our stay and we will definitely choose the property again for our next stay!

Lobby is very nice including bar and restaurant. Rooms are a bit dated, specifically: Dirty tub drain, AC was uncontrollable, dark/poor lighting in room and corridors, elevator area. Door passkey would not work from Garage entry. Hotel overbooked, initially given single king over two queens which were booked for 4 people. Checked in at 11:30pm, five deep at the check-in counter and only one staff member who was stressed with a phone ringing off the hook, very slow check-in. Probably would not stay again.

There was not a sign on the building and you have to park in back and walk around to the front to get to the front desk so it was difficult to tell we were in the right plance.Definitely not sound proof as advertised on Expedia. The first hour and a half in our room there was a dog barking that sounded like he was in the room with us and the other guests and traffic were also very noticeable. The weirdest part of the room was that the toilet was on a raised platform in the middle of the room with no door so it was like a performance eveyrtime you had to use it.
