"Everything was amazing. Greeted at the door with a smile and a glass of fizz, nice touch.The room was spotless. The guys who keep the pool area clean deserve recognition. Everyday they cleaned sunloungers, tiles, the pool, the glass, superb job. The food for breakfast was really nice. The staff are what make this hotel fabulous. Very friendly and all seem happy in their work. I will be back next year so keep up the good work. Great holiday. hotel fabulous "

"My wife and I went here for our 10th year wedding anniversary, a well deserved treat for my wife. Our first beach side holiday. Was definitely impressed by pretty much everything they had from staff friendliness to the amenities, facilities they had as well as the view. Amazing. We got the preferred club package all inclusive, so had black card to allow us unlimited food and drink to all restaurants and cafes there. Only two negatives that we noticed was 1. that the 1st time you get food at a particular restaurant they give you a fantastic service , i.e. fast, and good food presentation, but the 2nd time you go there - then not so great. This seems to be a trend for all restaurants they have. 2. evening entertainment is fantastic but only available for 1 hr. could be longer. "

"We had a good short stay at THB Lanzarote Beach. The breakfast selection was vast with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel itself is a little dated, and we did come across a cockroach by the pool, but the pool area was otherwise lovely — very big, sunny, and with plenty of sun loungers available. The views over the beach are beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience with great service and an unbeatable location."

"Room was spacious and spotless. Staff came in to change bins and make beds every day. Huge complex with things to do for everyone. As a solo traveller I still enjoyed all the amenities. Breakfast buffet was a large area with lots of great choice. Very impressed overall and will definitely return"

" Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful,excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent,the rooms are spotless,beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough ,it’s registered as a 5 star ,which it’s not quite,however for all it has going for it I’d recommend it for all but the most fussy of clients ! Overall great friendly hotel with excellent staff that actually care about their clients and their well being ,you can’t go wrong with this one ,absolutely spotless,thanks dream we shall return ! "Lovely breakfast and kind lady got decaffeinated coffee for me each morning. All staff friendly and hrlpful. Room was pleasant but last time i was allocated a balcony which I enjoyed. Would recommend for location as well as comfort."
