Average. Whilst we appreciated the room upgrade due to a leaking toilet in the original room, everything else was just average. The phone was broken, as was the fridge, after the toilet episode in the first room, I just couldn't be bothered to speak to reception again as they weren't particularly friendly. The room was not clean. The back pool was generally nice and quiet. I felt like a burden when I spoke to any of the staff that I tried to keep interactions to a minimum, this is a shame when it is your holiday .

The hotel was fabulous and the staff were so welcoming and very helpful. The room was immaculate and had everything we could need. I was particularly impressed with the balcony size and furnishings - it was just perfect for sitting out watching the sunrise with a coffee. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great selection of both hot and cold. Would recommend you hire bikes and go along the promenade so many places to eat, drink and look around - the reception staff were great at organising this for us. Overall we had a lovely time and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful three day stay here! Our room was spotless and had beautiful tiling in the bathroom and on the balcony. The two pools are gorgeous, always plenty of sun loungers available (and they will get more out for you if you need). Enjoyed 7.50 cocktails at the pool bar! Breakfast was great, big selection of delicious pastries, hot items etc and a station cooking omelettes and pancakes. Dinner was also good, again there is a station cooking steaks, pork chops, fish etc to order and dinner has a different theme each night of the week. 10 min walk to the beach (would recommend Playa del Jablilo over Curachas as it's nicer for swimming) and lots of bars and restaurants nearby for drinks and lunch. Would 100% stay again.
