This hotel has a fantastic location. Restaurants abound, La Plancha Park is at the end of the Gastronomic Street, Paseo Montejo is a block away with mansions, museums, restaurants, shop, and pedestrian Sundays. The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset.

We had the best time in Merida thanks to the location of the hotel and the friendly staff. The bed was super comfortable and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!
