"Apartment hotels are the way to go! The only issue with this particular hotel is you cannot check in between 12 pm and 5 pm as the desk is not manned. If you want to check in during this time you have to let them know and you will be charged an additional fee. The door is locked and there is then nowhere to store luggage during this time either. We lucked out and arrived just before noon and were able to store our luggage, but then had to wander around until 5pm. There has to be a better way!"
"Staff is amazingly friendly. The on-site restaurant features award-winning chefs and a great breakfast buffet featuring local foods. We had an apartment off to the side of the main building and other than having 3 doors to lock and unlock, everything else about it was fantastic!"
"The room was clean, modern and featured a large TV. The room was fairly compact but comfortable. The excellent bathroom had a large shower. Breakfast was 15 euros per person but well worth it with a good choice of items. Hot food featured, bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Unlike many hotels there were numerous coffee machines so no queues. The modern reception featured a bar which was open late. The hotel was located in a quiet area an easy 5 minute walk from Petite Venice."
