"There isn’t too much directly around the hotel, but if you walk for 10-15 minutes north-west there’s a great shopping area. Room was massive with a queen sized bed, and it was relatively clean, staff were kind and helpful."

"This is the first time that we stayed at this hotel. We usually stay at the tokyu REI hotel in front of the kichijoji station. This hotel has more space in room, lobby and restaurant and comfortable. However it is a little walk from thr kichijoji station. We like both tokyu hotels. They are professional

"Wow! This hotel is spotlessly clean!! Our room had a washer/dryer combo which was super convenient. The room was small enough to be comfy yet well laid out so it didn’t seem cramped. Reception was really friendly with a nice lounge area. Free amenities were available in the lounge, and a 24hr convenience store right across the street. Close to many restaurants and stores. This hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed and definitely the cleanest. "
"My favorite stay thought my trip. The beds were uncomfortable but I figured they would be as I booked a traditional style room with mats on the floor. Otherwise, the staff was just wonderful, there was laundry by the office and everything you needed in that room! Everything is so close by including the station, and if you book here, be sure to try the bakery with the black label on the corner and the soy ramen across the main road hiding up the stairs (also sells tacos). I do not remember their names but I can guarantee they are the best! The ramen was the best ramen I had throughout my whole trip. I cannot rave enough about the staff and stay at this hotel! Book it, you will not be disappointed! "
"APA Hotel Shibuya is in a great location. The included breakfast was enough to get the day started right. I ordered a 2nd helping one day because i was hungry around 800 yen. Very reasonable.
The location is close enough to the action around Shibuya Crossing without being kept up all night from the noise.
It's at the top of.a hill. So if you're pushing luggage from Shibuya Station, take the elevator to exit on the 4th Floor of Shibuya Mark Center"
