Superb location to explore Yosemite. Very new hotel, exceptionally clean with all facilities of great quality. Peaceful location. Accepted a late check out without an additional charge. Lovely pool area. Fire pits a nice touch as temperature dropped in the evening,

While the hotel itself is very charming and does boast great amenities such as a cold plunge and sauna. But the walls are extremely thin. You hear everything even with the provided earplugs they give you. For the price you expect to sleep peaceful and it was no where near that. A dog was left unattended in its room and barked until 1 in the morning along with hearing everything going on in the room next door. I would highly suggest only staying here on the nights where it’s priced reasonably and you’re ok with little to no sleep.

It also houses the exquisite "Cottage" built between 1898 and 1905 with beautiful extensive stately formal and informal gardens with fountains surrounding the home. Although the grounds, Cottage, and Mine are impressive, the picture shown stands out in the photos of the garden. #Nature
