"Our stay was great but room was hot not possible to leave Windows open, due to rain coming inside room. The area has things to offer for sightseeing but 1 full day would have been enough to explore anything near by. "

Auf der großzügigen Außenanlage befinden sich 2 Pools,ein Beachvolleyballfeld,einige Sportgeräte und der Clou….die 2 Fassaußensaunen mit Blick über das Erzgebirgische Tal.Das Personal ist super Freundlich und erfüllt jeden Wunsch.Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gerne hier her.Der perfekte Ort mal die Seele...

We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright. Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner.
Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent.
The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Center.

A few things to be aware of for future guests: the main parking lot fills up very quickly on weekend evenings. There is an additional lot across the street, but it's easy to miss until you see other cars parked there. Also, note that the restaurant does not have its own restroom facilities."
