Willis Museum Tours

The hotel grounds were pleasant, building and facilities were well kept, spacious clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet for a good sleep. Historical heritage was good to learn. We only stayed a night and just had some small issues with the room having no hot chocolate for children and TV had no guide menu so hard to navigate as there was no fix for this setup. Door key was intermittent and frustrating. Staff assisted when asked. The pool and sauna is good and relaxing at the spa, 2 min walk, but only available to children 4:30pm-6:30pm which is not explained before arrival if you are checking in late. Breakfast finishes at 9:30am and had a strange sour taste and low quality sausages and beans but a good choice. I would not return for breakfast.

Dans l’ensemble, tout était parfait et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le seul petit bémol concerne l’arrivée avant 15 h : même si la chambre est déjà prête, des frais de 25 £ sont demandés pour pouvoir en prendre possession plus tôt. C’est un détail que nous avons trouvé vraiment décevant.

Really nice house, table football etc for the kids, nice back garden and well-equipped kitchen. Really happy
