"Motorbike tour of Vietnam with 2 friends. Been riding for 4 hours in extreme hot conditions so was looking forward to check in and then jump in the pool. My brother arrived 1 hr earlier and warned me the check in was difficult. My check in took 45minutes. Although friendly, reception staff displayed a level of incompetence I have not encountered before…and I am a businessman who travels a lot … atleast 6 months in a year o er past 25 years. "Our stay at the Muong Thanh Cua Dong Hotel was a pleasant one. The daily breakfast buffet is well-attended. There is also a Highlands Coffee in the lobby. The hotel chain has two locations in Vinh. This location was the quieter one away. The room was large and well-insulated for quiet. The A/C works well. A good place to stay, especially for large families."
